Trades Generalist

Perform a variety of skilled and semiskilled maintenance, repair, installation and construction tasks in the mechanical, building, motor equipment and electrical trades. This position also has locksmith responsibility. A Trades Generalist frequently supervises a subordinate maintenance staff and or persons for whom the state has custody or responsibility in making assignments, giving instructions, and observing and inspecting work performed to ensure that instructions have been followed and the quality of the work satisfactory.
Job Function

This position also has locksmith responsibility. A Trades Generalist frequently supervises a subordinate maintenance staff and or persons for whom the state has custody or responsibility in making assignments, giving instructions, and observing and inspecting work performed to ensure that instructions have been followed and the quality of the work satisfactory.
Salary Range: From $42631 to $52039 Annually
Minimum Qualification
Four years of full time experience in a trade under a skilled journey level working which would provide training equivalent to that given in an apprenticeship program. Apprenticeship training in a trade or training gained by the completion of technical courses in a trade at a school, institute, or branch of the armed services may be substituted on a year for year basis. Locksmith experience preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
