We are looking for an outgoing and well-spoken Customer Experience Specialist to receive & make calls to assist customers with booking their appointment in the CRM and promoting the brand's services through having a general understanding of plumbing, HVAC, & electrical services job types.Here's what else we're offering up front:

Qualifications:
o You're an upbeat, self-motivated person who loves helping people get the support they needo Previous experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical services, or construction a pluso Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writteno Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmento Exceptional customer service and phone skillso Strong attention to detail with problem-solving capabilitieso Strong listening and sales skillso Ability to achieve the target goalo Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareo Proficient at typing & comfortable with computerso Most importantly, you must truly understand what it means to be a professional - to be reliable, take ownership over your role and responsibilities, and be someone the team can count onJob Duties:
o Answer inbound customer calls in a fast-paced environmento Empathize & understand customer's urgent plumbing, HVAC, and electrical problemso Book the customer's appointment in CRMo Answer customer questions and provide basic services informationo Make outbound calls to schedule service callso Sell and renew membershipso Follow scripting to provide a consistent experience for clientso Cross-promote various trade services to customerso Communicate with customers via chat or emailo Complete any responsibilities assigned by the managero Participate in administrative tasks, communication, and coordination with internal departmentso Be prepared to complete other duties that are delegated on an as-needed basis.T.
