General handyman and cleaning capabilities preferred.
Position is to fill part time with the potential for full time down the line.
Landscaping capabilities are a plus.
Duties - Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming - Light maintenance and repair such as filter replacement, light bulbs, light maintenance/handyman responsibilities as they may arise.
- Light Landscaping such as weeding, lawn mowing, picking up debris around grounds.
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain a clean environment Skills - Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas - Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems for basic troubleshooting - Leadership skills to supervise cleaning staff effectively - Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) - Experience in facilities maintenance including welding and repairs - Strong customer service skills to interact with building occupants - Ability to read and interpret schematics for equipment maintenance Job Types:
