Northern Medical Group, Gastroenterology Division Northern Medical Group, Gastroenterology Division Fishkill, NY Fishkill, NY Full-time Full-time $18 - $19 an hour $18 - $19 an hour 9 days ago 9 days ago 9 days ago Duties - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Provide information to callers and visitors regarding company services, products, and policies - Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing - Manage the front desk area and ensure it is clean and organized - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members - Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed Requirements - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred - Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and fax machines - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills Note:
