- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department - Provide information to callers and visitors about the company and its services - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members - Assist with order entry and data management tasks - Coordinate and assist with event planning and office projects - Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing - Provide excellent customer support to clients and patients - Must arrive on time and leave on time - Have an understanding and willingness to learn new technology.
Skills:
