The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager in overseeing all aspects of multiple different properties, including homeowner and board member relations, maintenance, record keeping and financial operations.
The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have a good understanding of property management principles.
Responsibilities:
Manage homeowner/tenant relations and respond to inquiries.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain records of tenant requests.
Assist with property payables Draft Communication to be approved by the Property Manager Inspect properties to ensure that they are in good condition and up to code.
Prepare reports property condition, maintenance reports, and others as applicable.
